【女性大浴場サウナ不具合のお知らせ】
4月9日より女性サウナにて電源部分の不具合が生じており、本来であれば高温サウナをご利用頂くところ、女性サウナのみ温度が65度までしか上昇しない状況でございます。
大浴場は通常通りご利用いただけますが、女性サウナのみ低温サウナとなり本来の高温サウナをご用意することができず大変申し訳ございません。
現状女性サウナの通常営業につきまして、私共と致しましても一日も早いご提供に尽力致しておりますが、復旧の目途が立っておらず大変心苦しい限りで御座います。
多大なるご迷惑をお掛け致しております事は重々承知致しておりますが、 事情をご賢察頂ければ幸いに存じます。
数あるホテルの中から当ホテルをお選びいただいたにも関わらずお客様には大変ご不便をお掛け致しますが、何卒ご容赦くださいますよう伏してお願い申し上げます。

【Notice of malfunction of sauna in women's large bath】
Since April 9th, there has been a problem with the power supply in the women's sauna. Although guests would normally be able to use the high-temperature sauna, the temperature in the women's sauna is currently only able to rise to 65 degrees.
The large public bath will be available for use as usual, but the women's sauna will be a low-temperature sauna, and we apologize for not being able to provide the usual high-temperature sauna.
Currently, we are making efforts to provide women's saunas as soon as possible, but we are very sorry that there is no prospect of restoration.
We are very aware of the great inconvenience caused, but we would appreciate it if you could consider the situation wisely.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding.
