2024-04-23三島駅南口東街区A地区市街地再開発事業のお知らせ

日頃はドーミーイン三島に格別のお引き立てを賜り、誠にありがとうございます。

現在実施しております三島駅南口周辺の既存建物解体工事ですが、下記の日程より本格的な基礎工事が実施される事となりました。
作業に伴いまして、地中障害に溶岩が存在する事から、山留工事及び土工事期間中は大きな音や振動を伴う作業がございます。
お客様にはご迷惑をお掛け致しますが何卒ご理解ご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

【日程】
山留工事工事期間　2024年4月15日～2024年10月末 予定
土工事　工事期間　2024年7月 ～2025年 8月末 予定
※土曜日・祝日も作業を行う場合がございます。

Dear our Guests
We appreciate for your staying our hotel.
We are currently carrying out demolition work on existing buildings
around the south exit of Mishima Station.Full-scale foundation work
will begin on the dates listed below.
Due to the presence of lava in the underground disturbances,
the work will be closed during the mountain retaining and earthworks period.
The work involves loud noises and vibrations.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Mountain retaining construction period: April 15, 2024 to the end of October2024
Earthworks Construction period:July 2024 to end of August 2025
*Work may also be carried out on Saturdays and holidays.
